Shipping policy

  1. All items will be sent via track-and-trace method. Signature delivery is available at checkout. Happy to Sit on Your Face takes no responsibility for items that are lost in the shipping process.
  2. Please allow 2-6 days for items to be processed and shipped. Once you have been provided with the tracking number, please check the status of your order using the provided link. Domestic shipping will take approximately 3  days.
  3. Happy To Sit On Your Face does not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address is not a PO Box.

 

Refund policy

 

  1. Please choose your item(s) carefully as there are no exchanges or refunds if you have changed your mind.
  2. If any item is faulty we will repair, replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as is required by the Consumer Guarantees 1993. You need to notify happytositonyourface@gmail.com within 7 days of the date of purchase or 14 for international orders. You will be emailed the relevant address and refunded costs.
