Returns and exchanges
It's in the name - you've got to be happy with how your Happies sit on your face. So if something's not quite right, you can return your Happies, case and cleaning cloth within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in unworn 'as new' condition. Contact happytositonyourface@gmail.com to request a refund or an exchange. Please note that you will need to ship your Happies back at your own cost.
Returns/exchanges may be refused if they are not in excellent condition and will be sent back to you. If you are concerned about this, send images and a description of the item with your request.
If you opt for an exchange, you will not be charged the cost of sending your replacement back to you. Higher priced Happies can be selected for exchanges and you will receive an invoice to cover the difference before your item is sent out to you.
For international customers, given shipping time to New Zealand, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. If there is an unusual shipping delay please get in touch as returns can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Stockists are not eligible for this returns and exchanges policy.
Damaged goods policy
If any item is faulty Happy To Sit On Your Face will repair, replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as is required by the Consumer Guarantees 1993. You need to email happytositonyourface@gmail.com within 7 days of the date of purchase or 14 days for international orders.
Shipping policy
- Please select the correct shipping tier, which is based on the number of glasses in your purchase. Incorrect selections may be followed up and additional charges incurred.
- All items will be sent via track-and-trace method. Signature delivery is available at checkout. Happy to Sit on Your Face Sunglasses Limited takes no responsibility for items that are lost in the shipping process.
- Please allow 2-6 days for items to be processed and shipped. Once you have been provided with the tracking number, please check the status of your order using the provided link. Domestic shipping will take approximately 3 working days. International shipping may take up to 28 working days.
- Happy To Sit On Your Face does not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address is not a PO Box.
- Waiheke, Chathams, Great Barrier, and other Islands of New Zealand will require an additional surcharge to be paid by the customer.
GST and invoicing
For New Zealand customers, pricing for all products includes GST. If you require a tax invoice, this can be downloaded on your order status page, or please contact me at happytositonyourface@gmail.com
