Refund, shipping and GST
Please note that the following conditions apply to any purchase.
Shipping policy
- Please select the correct shipping method for your Country and amount of sunglasses purchased. Any incorrect Shipping Method selections will result in you being contacted by our Sales Support Team to rectify and may result in additional charges to your Payment Method.
- All items will be sent via track-and-trace method. Signature delivery is available at checkout. Happy to Sit on Your Face Sunglasses Limited takes no responsibility for items that are lost in the shipping process.
- Please allow 2-6 days for items to be processed and shipped. Once you have been provided with the tracking number, please check the status of your order using the provided link. Domestic shipping will take approximately 3 working days. International shipping may take up to 28 working days.
- Happy To Sit On Your Face does not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address is not a PO Box.
- Waiheke, Chatham and Great Barrier, and other Islands of New Zealand, will require an additional surcharge to be paid by the customer.
Refund policy
- Please choose your item(s) carefully as there are no exchanges or refunds if you have changed your mind.
- If any item is faulty we will repair, replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as is required by the Consumer Guarantees 1993. You need to notify happytositonyourface@gmail.com within 7 days of the date of purchase or 14 for international orders. You will be emailed the relevant address and refunded costs.
GST and invoicing
